1. Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 10-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be specified at checkout.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimate's
We offer Standard Shipping with estimated delivery times as follows:
- United Kingdom & European Countries: 15 days
- Angola: 17 days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Tracking
• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to appear.
• Customers will receive the tracking link once the package leaves our collection point in Benguela to Luanda.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes.
• Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their country’s customs regulations.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@nnstrandsshop.com.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
7. Changes & Cancellations
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
• If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us before your order is dispatched.
